Terms and condition

Cars can be rented only by people who are at least 21 and who possess a drivers licence for more than one year and which corresponds to the category of the respective vehicle.

Price Agreement. It is made up of the rental price vehicle on the period required plus the equivalent value of the additional services required.

The agreement price includes:
- VAT
- damage and theft insurance-CASCO-of the vehicle
- third party liability insurance in case of collision damage.
- road fee (rovignieta)
- defective car replacement except for the cases when the breakdown is the customers fault and if available on stock.

The agreement price does not include:
- fuel, transit, transfer and garage fees, during the rental agreement
- traffic fines and parking tickets.
- the loss/deterioration of the contact keys, registration certificate, or of the detachable forepart of the radio/CD supplied.

Deposit. When renting, the Client must make a deposit which varies between 200-300, according to the type of the rented vehicle.
The deposit is meant to cover the damage caused to the car on the renters fault such as and with no restriction to:

The deposit will be fully refunded if the vehicle is returned at the agreed time and location as stated in the agreement in the same integrity conditions as it was at the start of the rental period according to the vehicle collecting report (see the agreement enclosure no1)

Renter's Obligations.
- to fully agree to the terms and conditions of the respective contract
- to make both the payment and the deposit stipulated in the respective contract.
- to deliver the vehicle in the same technical conditions as it was at the start of their rental period up to the end of the rental agreement.
- to know and respect the rules of traffic regulation
- to use the rented vehicle only on public roads and according to the manufacturer's usage instructions.
- to ensure the vehicle against theft and damage when leaving it.
- not to use the vehicle to transport passengers, property or dangerous matters
- not to use the vehicle in any legal or illegal race, performance test or contest
- not to tow other vehicles
- not to leave the territory of Romania without the written permission of the Company. Leaving the territory of Romania without the Company's written permission is considered illicit and the renter is the only responsible for any collision damage, theft as well as for the repatriation charges of the vehicle
- not to re-rent or authorize the vehicle to be driven by other people.
- not to sell, mortgage or dispose the vehicle in any other way but stipulated in the present agreement.
- to fully pay for the fines if breaking the traffic regulation on public roads as well as for the fines resulted under local authorities' actions as concerns the vehicle which makes the object of the present agreement.
- to allow the Company's officials to inspect the vehicle in 24h since the request.
- to inform the Company as soon as the theft of the vehicle is ascertained as well as the nearest Police Station (tel no. 112). The Company is to be contacted at 0726333707.
- to stop and not abandon the vehicle if there are any signs of abnormal conduct of the vehicle and to inform the Company immediately at the tel no. 0726333707. Any repair made by the Renter during the agreement period concerning maintenance or technical inspections which are not the Renter's obligations will be refunded by the Company on the basis of documents which prove the respective repairs, bills and receipts bearing the Company's details.
- to return the vehicle at the exact date, time and location as stipulated in the agreement, any delay is considered as illegal appropriation of the respective good and it is punished by the law.
- not to drive the vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs or hallucinatory substances.

If the Renter disregards any of the present obligations, the insurer bears no responsibility whatsoever, thus the Renter becoming the only responsible for all the damage as well as for the profit loss the Company registers during the period the vehicle is in service and it gives it the right to use the deposit and ask the Renter for the rest of the damages to cover for the entire prejudice.

  The Company's Obligations .
- to deliver the vehicle to theRenter at the date, time and location stipulated in the respective agreement.
- to deliver the vehicle in perfect working conditions, with a valid technical inspection, the third party liability insurance (RCA), a valid damage and theft insurance and also a valid road fee (rovignieta)
- to write a rental report when delivering the vehicle and a return one when returning it (see enclosure 1 to the present agreement).

Final Remarks 
- Returning the vehicle more than one hour later than mentioned at art.3b) is charged with a full day according to the rental price.
- Returning the vehicle in a different location from the one mentioned in the agreement is surcharged with € 0,3/km VAT included.
- the difference between the amount of fuel in the tank when renting the vehicle and that when returning it, is charged with 4LEI/Km VAT included and a part of the deposit is confined.
- the Company declines any responsibility for any luggage or objects left inside the vehicle during the rental period.
